Standing to open guard sweep to knee-on-belly to armbar


Here’s the second technique we went through in BJJ Class 141.  Sorry, I haven’t decided what to name the new snowboard instructor just yet…

Noob and Boarder both standing.  Boarder has a deep grip on Noob’s lapel.

Boarder jumps up to pull guard.  Right leg first…

Here’s the technique we went over in BJJ Class 93. I’ve been doing this sweep for a while now, but have missed a few key details…

Nogi starts with Boarder in his closed guard.
