BJJ Class 122
Went to the early afternoon class the day after the evening class. It wasn’t bad on my body at all.
Warm-ups were brutal conditioning exercises. Several hundred jumping type exercises, followed by exercises that involved putting your weight on a training partner and doing exercises.
The rest of the class did some drills and rolled. Myself and a few others just drilled techniques for the belt test.
Direct sunlight going through an unshielded window is brutal hot. I know I’ve mentioned that before, but wow, I can’t get over how it makes it feel like summer inside while it’s 30-40 outside. Blinds please!
